Joey Z, cosmic freak that is one of five focal points for reality as we know it. The other four are scattered across the universe. An alien from Naicluv Prime, Joey is not the ordinary Naicluvian. In fact, he's not ordinary anything. Since his discovery of his "ability," he has laid low, hoping not to draw attention to himself so that his own people wouldn't interfere with his having a good time.
Joey has been, all this time, hiding out with a retired special agent named Jake who acts like a father figure to Joey as much as he can. Unfortunately, one day Joey got tired of seeing the same-old-same-old, so he decided to use his powers to "stir things up a bit."
Joey went outside of his door and said aloud, "I wish that things weren't so obviously boring around here with all of the metahumans saving the day. Can't we just mix things up a bit?" And, just like that, the metahumans disappeared.
As time went by, the world fell into darkness and chaos. Mass destruction was the craze of every enemy regimin. At first, Joey had fun causing some light mischief of his own, but without the metahumans to help correct his mistakes, they soon catacalized into a giant mess. One by one, Joey wished each superhero, or group of superheroes, back into existence.
And now, here we are. We're in a world that needs the superheroes that it so desperately cries for- no matter how clumsy or cooky they may seem!
